We opened MOV in Sunrise with a clear premise: Caribbean food is not casual by default. Haitian craft and Caribbean rhythm deserve lighting that flatters, sound that respects, and plates that show technique—not excess.
Our kitchen pulls from the islands and American steakhouses alike. Jerk spice meets prime cuts. Griot shares the menu with pasta executed with French discipline. The bar mirrors that duality—rum classics, sparkling alternatives, zero-proof options that still feel like an occasion.
The physical space was always meant to be more than seating. Large rooms invite celebration; intimate corners hold conversation. We are building MOV into a destination—for professionals who want grown dining, couples who want a real night out, and the community that recognizes itself in the details.
